    Weight Loss Diet: 7 kg in 7 Days

    Before you start reading on how to quickly lose a few extra pounds with this diet, you should know that the diet “7 kilograms in 7 days” is not intended for those who want to lose more weight. If you want to try this diet program, you have to be much disciplined to endure these 7 days.

    The 7 kg in 7 days diet is good for people who need to manage their weight. You can’t get slim if you eat the same amount of food as you did before, it is not enough. You need to change your eating habits. The first step in this diet plan is to drink fluid and eat a lot of vegetables. If you do these steps, it will raise your metabolism and after that, you can reduce 1 kg a day till you lose finally 7 kg in seven days

    In this diet, fluid plays a very important role. An individual should take plenty of water, mineral water, juice, tea & coffee. Alcohol should be avoided during this strict diet.

    Diet alone can’t help in losing 7 Kg in 7 days diet.  Besides diet, physical activity is also important. Any sports activity for 30 minutes a day will be sufficient to get the desired results. Do overdo sports activity, because the reduced calorie intake will make you exhausted.

    Essential Ingredients for 7 days:

    • 2 kilograms of fresh tomatoes
    • 1 large cauliflower
    • 1 large celery
    • 3 green peppers
    • 1 kg of beans
    • 1 kg of carrots
    • 1 kg of red onion
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • 1 vegetable soup
    • 1 tablespoon of salt
    • Spices

    How to prepare the recipe?

    Dice the onion on wheels and bake them in olive oil. When ready, add the remaining chopped vegetables (the ingredients above are for all seven days, so divide the finished soup into 7 equal parts, and store them in glass jars and keep it in the fridge).

    Briefly cook and add water to cover the vegetable. Add salt if desired. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Vegetables should be softening. Spice optionally.

    Diet Plan

    Day 1 soup and fruit (except bananas)
    Day 2 soup and vegetables for lunch, one cooked potato (no fruit)
    Day 3 soup, vegetables, and fruits (fruits you can eat as much as you want)
    Day 4 soup, bananas, and two smaller 150ml low – fat milk
    Day 5 soup, a piece of white meat or fish baked in olive oil with lots of tomato salad
    Day 6 soup, vegetables, and meat as much as you want
    Day 7 soup, vegetables, and rice
