    The following recipe will help you to lower 10 kilos in just nine days. In general, it takes around 3 weeks to lose some pounds, but this is not nearly as effective as the following remedy.     You can lose 10 kilos in a week if you follow this recipe. Losing weight in such a short period will bring you better results than exercising every morning and evening.

    Ingredients to Lose 10 kg in 9 Days

    • One big orange
    • Four limes
    • Three tablespoons of honey
    • Half a liter of water

    How to prepare a weight loss recipe?

    • Cut the orange and the limes into four pieces and pour them with water.
    • Put the mixture on low heat and cook it for 20 minutes.
    • Add three tablespoons of honey to the mixture and leave it to cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
    • Strain the mixture and leave it to cool down for several hours.
    • Consume 3 cups daily for the following three weeks

    This dosage is enough for one day only. You should prepare a new one every day. You can eat normally, you don’t need to starve yourself, but you should avoid sweets and sodas.
