    How to Lose Weight Fast with Lemon Diet

    If you suffer from obesity or just do not like your body, you may be interested in the diet of lemon juice. This diet will help not only to lose weight but also to strengthen the immune system and the entire digestive system.

    Cleansing with lemon is a very healthy method of weight loss. The process eliminates the accumulation of harmful toxins in the body and gives you a feeling of renewal and lightness.

    Ingredients:

    • 6 lemons
    • ½ cup honey
    • 8 cups of water
    • Mint leaves
    • Some Ice cubes

    Here are the steps to prepare the lemon diet to lose weight fast.

    • Heat the water, but it shouldn’t be boiling or hot.
    • The temperature shouldn’t be more than 60 degrees.
    • Add all the above ingredients and keep the mixture in the refrigerator for few hours.
    • Strain the mixture and your drink is ready.
    • Put some ice cubes in each cup of the drink

    Lemon Diet

    • Before breakfast, drink a glass of lemonade.
    • The breakfast should consist of a fruit salad.
    • At 11 pm, drink the second glass of lemonade in combination with a few unroasted almonds as a snack.
    • In lunch have a boiled egg and lettuce salad spiced with olive oil and apple cider vinegar which also melts fat cells.
    • At 4 pm you should drink another glass of lemonade and a fruit of your choice.
    • For dinner have a grilled fish or chicken and a seasonal salad of your choice.
    • Two hours before bedtime drink another glass of lemonade.

    If you are trying to make a diet to reduce the number of kilograms, you can drink a glass of lemon juice every morning, together with a glass of warm water. Use this recipe for two weeks and your weight will be reduced.

    If your goal is not to reduce the weight, but just to cleanse the body of toxins, you should drink the entire amount during the day. You should do that for at least five days, while careful not to eat harmful food.
