“Sciatica” is a term which describes the symptoms of pain in the leg (and, possibly, tingling, numbness, or weakness) which is located and starts at the bottom of the back and passes through the buttocks, as well as the greater sciatic nerve in the back of the leg. It actually represents an underlying medical condition that is not medically diagnosed itself. When it’s combined with medications it can unfortunately have a short-term effect only. Here, we’ve decided to present you a recipe and you’ll never have to suffer from sciatica or back pain again!
RECIPE FOR SCIATICA and BACK PAIN
- 200 ml milk
- 4 garlic cloves
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
First, start crushing all the garlic cloves. Then, add the milk while it is cooking over low heat. Let it cook for several minutes and remove it from the heat until it starts to boil.
Take this remedy once a day! It will help you control the pain and swelling in the sciatic nerve because of the anti-inflammatory properties of garlic. Add a little bit of honey to this remedy for flavor and it will also neutralize the taste of garlic! If you take it regularly, you’ll never have to suffer from sciatica or back pain again!

● Constant pain in a cheek or in a leg, the pain is rarely produced in both sides.
