Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of kefir
  • 1 L milk
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
  • A larger glass jar
  • Gauze

Preparation:

Dissolve the 2 tbsp of honey in a cup of hot water and pour them in the jar. Add the 2 tbsp of kefir and a liter of milk and cover the jar with the gauze. Let it stay for 3 days. After that add the tbsp of dry yeast and stir it nicely.

As soon as you notice tiny bubbles forming in the jar, the Cumus is ready! Keep it in the refrigerator.

Consumption:

Take 50 ml 3 times a day, half an hour before each meal. Take it for at least 2 weeks.

Note: Cumus contains a small amount of alcohol, so be careful when drinking cumus and driving.
